Great software with awesome Customer Service

Vigil's customer service has been great! They have helped us to understand our needs, they are always willing to answer any question we may ask them - even if it seems silly or not necessary at first sight (we've had some questions that were really hard to solve). The platform itself works well but sometimes can be slow when loading pages/forms etc., which makes me think about its user experience overall. I would definitely recommend using this product as long you're looking into an integrated solution between your accounting system(s) AND CRM tool like Salesforce / Hubspot & other marketing tools such as MailChimp, Google Analytics, Marketo etc.. We use Vigil mainly because of their integrations capabilities in terms of data synchronization across systems.

Pros
  • Ease of integration with many different platforms.
  • Customer support is very responsive; whenever there was something wrong my account manager managed things fastly so everything gets solved quickly without making too much trouble for anyone involved,
  • Integration possibilities within various enterprise applications including SFDC Marketing Automation Tools
