A great alternative to KVM!
KVM switches are great when you use one monitor for multiple (4 in this case) computers to share USB devices. In my case and probably others as well, this USB3 switch is the perfect device I need in my scenario - 2 monitors and 4 computers to share USB devices. I am connecting this USB3 switch to 4 computers using a keyboard, mouse, card reader and a free USB port for connecting USB drives. Switching takes about a second after you press the button for each computer. Would definitely recommend to others in my scenario or similar setup. Cable Matters has always been top notch for me as have other products I have purchased in the past.
