I love that it's easy to use, has great features like autocorrections of spelling errors or grammar mistakes before you save your file! It also allows me access from anywhere with my phone so there are no issues at work when I need to enter data into one of our accounts (which are scattered around different locations). The only thing in its favor would be if we could have more customization options - but since they're very new this may not be possible yet? We've been using Crkn as just another way to communicate within the funeral home office; however now we can do everything online through their website without having to go back and forth between several systems which saves time/resources. Also being able to create custom forms makes them extremely useful too!
