I love that it's easy to use, has great features like autocorrections of spelling errors or grammar mistakes before you save your file! It also allows me access from anywhere with my phone so there are no issues at work when I need to enter data into one of our accounts (which are scattered around different locations). The software has been really helpful in organizing our accounting, billing & invoicing process with ease! It helps us organize everything we need to keep track of from funeral homes, service providers (transportation companies) as well as families that have used services through our agency/firm. I highly recommend this product because it makes things so much easier when you are running your business daily which can sometimes be overwhelming. I like that it's a one stop shop, you can set up everything from a funeral home to a cemetery online with ease. It also has a lot of different features for clients to use depending on their needs. The customer service is top notch. They are always willing to help. There is nothing I dislike about this software other than the price. It's not cheap. You definitely get what you pay for.
