Strong brackets. They go well together. All components were in the box including 5 2" wall mounting screws. All holes match well. Fit this along with any loose screws so it can be moved so the holes line up. Check out the image they used at Revain to identify your purchase and you should be able to figure out how to put five pieces of metal together to make it work. The illustration shows the undercarriage support bracket facing down. It shows which screw to connect the support leg to. It shows the alignment of U-bolts and their plates.
