The item, a water still, was defective and we went around in circles with their people Halo, Echo and Joy (all real names I'm sure) to try and fix the fix the situation. They first requested a video showing the problem (a lovely video with nothing happening!) which we sent them and it only took them a few days to respond after we emailed them repeatedly . Then they sent me a link to a video that didn't work. Then another person wanted photos. At the moment we just wanted to return the item and get a refund. In any case, the item was very poor quality - cheap plastic, flimsy metal - it didn't look like it would hold up. All in all we spent many hours on this and will never go back to Revain and email. To top it off, they delayed returning the ransom until we dropped our claim with Revain! First they only refunded $10! Finally we got the money. My advice, hands off!
