Good value for money in the kitchen and dining room

When the burner was first set up the unit was locked in the 'on' position. It turns off after the cycle is complete. The device now waits until I press the power button before booting up. To check the filter it took a lot of trouble to lower the spout, the instructions only indicate where it is, nothing about how to open it to replace. There is very little detail in the guide, but the basic information is there. There is a lot of limestone in my water, so a significant amount of sediment…

Works well so far, almost 2 months ago. Important: throw away the first 2 or 3 full gallons! or Grease seeps ONLY FIRST 2 GALLONS from fan housing into boiler reservoir, turns brown, greasy coating, clean well. never mind Don't worry, the oil doesn't end up in a clean collection container. But the plastic smell of the bottle goes into the water. Before use, soak the jug in vinegar water and wash it out. Maybe skip the vinegar through the first few pitchers. After that everything is fine. It's…

Terrible company - Kitchen & Dining

The item, a water still, was defective and we went around in circles with their people Halo, Echo and Joy (all real names I'm sure) to try and fix the fix the situation. They first requested a video showing the problem (a lovely video with nothing happening!) which we sent them and it only took them a few days to respond after we emailed them repeatedly . Then they sent me a link to a video that didn't work. Then another person wanted photos. At the moment we just wanted to return the item and…

One of the most useful things I bought this year

I'm a gadget freak. I love cool and interesting gadgets. So a water still is not a cool and interesting gadget, but it is one of my favorite and most useful things that I have bought lately. We have Keurig and Nespresso coffee machines at home as well as a CPAP user. Even with my mid-range sink water filter, I had to descale Keurig and Nespresso machines every 2-3 months. Therefore we prefer to use distilled water. Distilled water costs about $1 a gallon at my local grocery store, but it's…
