Not sure whether to laugh or cry.

My very savvy mechanic son spent 4 hours putting this together. My very talented electrician spent months trying to figure out how to hang this chandelier since it is not made for Anerican ceiling boxs only to finally get it hanging and its crooked. It's absolutely gorgeous. I cant figure out if I can't stop laughing from what a RIP off this chandelier is or how this product has giving so many headaches only to figure out it wont even hang right. I can only laugh and hope someone has a solution to this. I love this chandelier. Everyone who sees it loves it. It's not so cool to have a tilted chandelier in a very common location in my home where I entertain guest and clients.
