Review on Amana PS 500 5 Piece Carbide Countersink by Joshua Albright

The Amana PS-500 countersink set has excellent countersinks and includes a drill. Advantages. * Carbide cutters are sharp and cut clean holes. *They are straight (no wobble) and properly trimmed. * Drills are held firmly by a locking screw. Disadvantages * The set contains two cutter diameters: 0.5" and 0.542". * I can't find any available stops for .542" countersinks. * The set screw protrudes slightly from the .5" diameter elements and prevents deep drilling. *While I can control the depth of cut with my drill press, manual drilling is much less accurate in depth due to the lack of a stop. them (expensive!). I really wish they made some stops for them or I could find some third party stops. Without the drill stops they are less useful than I had hoped.
