Disappointing Countersink - Poor Quality

After i put it to the test, the countersink`s carbide tips started chipping after only a few uses. The sturdy construction is a plus, but the performance is severely lacking. Unfortunately I would not recommend this countersink for any professional or serious industrial use..

Excellent sinker, but.

The Amana PS-500 countersink set has excellent countersinks and includes a drill. Advantages. * Carbide cutters are sharp and cut clean holes. *They are straight (no wobble) and properly trimmed. * Drills are held firmly by a locking screw. Disadvantages * The set contains two cutter diameters: 0.5" and 0.542". * I can't find any available stops for .542" countersinks. * The set screw protrudes slightly from the .5" diameter elements and prevents deep drilling. *While I can control the depth of
