This is a great sturdy scooter, especially at this price point. It comes out of the box almost ready to use, you just need to remove a few packaging materials and install it properly. Well sized wheels for balance. It has a rear wing that acts as a brake. You just need to lift your back heel and put some pressure on it and you can break the scooter. Since there are no handbrakes, the handlebars can be removed and stored parallel to the main steering column. It's great for being compact and traveling. The steering column is adjustable, making it suitable for different children and less so during the big growth spurt. I'm really impressed with the folding and unfolding mechanism. It is very simple, there is a quick-release lever, which is very easy even for small hands, plus the plastic folding lever is very large and can even be operated with your foot. The platform has a non-slip surface made of the same material as the skateboard. And I really like that it has a kickstand. The footboard is easily accessible and has a flat bottom so it doesn't leave bumps on the cement.
