Good hose and perfect for my 1965 Studebaker restoration project. This corresponds to the old style hoses where the coil of the spring is exposed to the inside of the hose. This is to prevent the hose from collapsing due to the suction pressure of the water pump. I love that they stuck with this design to make it more similar to the original item.
