I used this on a Latitude E5430. Actually I would give 4.5 stars. It feels a little flimsy, but once it's installed in a laptop where it's protected, everything is fine. The reason for the -.5 stars is that it doesn't fit the laptop as is. The front panel is completely different and there is no mounting bracket. However if you have an old OEM DVD player you can use the bracket from that (it just unscrews) and you can remove the bezel from the DVD tray and swap - they use the same mounting holes and are correctly aligned. Performance is decent, transfer speeds are to be expected from a good quality SSD (around 400 MB/s).
