Great invention! Protect yourself from serious burns! After preheating our fryer, it was difficult to insert the food basket without burning my fingers on the hot sides of the compartment. And when it comes time to take out the food basket after the cooking cycle, you risk a double burn: on the basket itself and on the walls of the boiler room. None of the other grips listed at Revain seemed as well built and suited to this particular job. I am very happy that I chose these grips. They are always parked next to the fryer.
