Motorcraft lower ball joints are not factory lubricated. Warning: Replacing the lower ball joints is not for the faint of heart or the faint of heart. You will need a ball joint press that has more than the 3 rings that come with the kit or you will not be able to press new ones. They also need to be strong enough or have tools like air tools. And a snap ring tool will come in handy. Luckily you don't have to do this more than once or twice in the life of the truck lol.
