I love these, I haven't owned a pair of motorcycle gloves before. I like the reinforcement on the hand so if I hit a bug/bird/stick with my exposed hands while on the motocross bike it'll protect my knuckles. It's the time of year that I need a bit more protection from the weather too so these are nice. I live in FL so I don't need something to handle freezing temps, just cooler temps. If you live in north Florida or further north and want these for winter motorcycle riding you'll want something more insulating.As for sizing, I have fairly large hands and normally sit somewhere between an XL and an L. I got the XL and they fit great.
