Feels like it's a different car
First of all no you won't get more horsepower lol but it definitely looks like it! I have a W204 Benz and no turbo. When I set the thing to Spot +2, it almost looked like I really did have a turbo. A very light press on the pedal and the car is ready for the redline, haha. Did it cost $300? Well, for something this easy to install, I'd say yes.
