I was on an ambulance for 12 years. This is not a bag that is built for abuse on an ambulance. The fabric is quite lightweight and the zippers are definitely lightweight. However although it is smaller than this standard medic bag, it is surprisingly spacious with many pockets and multiple dividers. So long as you’re not putting it into situations where it’s going to get a lot of abuse, this is a good deal for $29. I’m just keeping one in the trunk of each vehicle and hope to never use it. If you’re looking for a bag that will be frequently accessed and used, I would go with a more heavy duty one.
