Purchased late January 2021. Works great with my 2007 Chevy Aveo5 2.7. I bought this because my gas door lock is broken so the door can only be opened for easy access. It's been a month now, no lights, no codes. However, it can freeze in the colder months, so I would recommend lightening the lock to prevent freezing. It's really embarrassing when you're going to work almost empty and can't get your key in because it's frozen over lol. EDIT: June 4, 2021 General use, no codes. But. Doesn't compress anymore. It acts like it's unlocked to put it on, but once you lock it, it pops out. then you can't even seal it after unlocking it again. It only eats. Discovered when I went to the gas station after several months without work and the cap was not closed at all. Luckily there are no codes yet. Went back to my stock gas cap.
