Need help 2009 vw b6 passat

hey i bought this radio for my 2009 volkswagen passat "b6". I have problems with Canbus. I guess Canbus doesn't read open doors, fluids, TPMs or anything, every time I put reverse gear the front hood sensor pops open. like it was open but it wasn't. The other issue I had was that there were no instructions/diagrams explaining how to connect a subwoofer or amp and no way of knowing where to connect the remote cable to connect the amp or amp to the RCA -Radio 2 wires to operate. Is there any information you can offer to help me?
