Don’t force, use oil, go slow

Came in early. I’ve used two different size taps to create new tread, they worked perfectly. Use oil and don’t force them. I cut, backed off and repeated procedure until complete. Worked well for me.

Pros

Good quality for the price, works well for us.

Cons

Not happy with these tools. Work OK for chasing existing threads, not very good for cutting new ones.
