Testing my chilled maple syrup

Easy to use! They brought acorn oil, which stank throughout the house. I checked my maple syrup after calibrating it and it was 67 brix (cold syrup). Do not test boiling hot syrup. I like it and am happy with it. Just not enthusiastic about the smell of calibration oil.

Pros

ATC - automatic temperature compensation (10~30°C) gives more accurate readings.
