Well-made and strongly magnetic

Made from top quality metal - nothing flimsy about these latches. I used the enclosed screws instead of the adhesive strips. Used masking tape to hold the two pieces in correct position, then checked the alignment and closing strength before drilling holes to mount them. Got satisfying results.
