If you have access to a fiber internet connection, devices like this little gem are just what you need to bring fiber to your desktop, switch, router or server. Personally, I would like to end up having my own website on my OWN server, and it is rated for an "extended temperature range" which means it will live happily in my server room by connecting my server directly to a fiber optic cable. All you need is the right SFP module for your service! Just fuck.
