Review on Egg Poacher COZILIFE Build Microwave by Los Bizness

Not bad, does the job

These little cups work well. A few tips (I also have an electric stove) for those who have trouble: Spray or oil the insides of the poachers thoroughly first. Bring the cooking water (about 1 inch in a saucepan) to a boil before adding the poached eggs. Reduce the heat to low but do not boil and place the greased slices in the water. Break an egg into each poacher. Cover the pan and cook until desired doneness. I found the cooking time to be a bit longer than the seller suggested - around 5-6 minutes to get the whites set and the yolks still runny, longer if you want firmer yolks. Removing the poachers from the pan was the most problematic part of the process because the poachers are flexible and water from the pan can easily flood the egg. Finally, I grabbed a corner of the poacher with tongs to keep it upright and stable, slipped a spoon underneath and lifted the entire poacher out of the water. Then I just transferred each egg from the bowl straight to the plate. The eggs were perfectly cooked. The eggs did not stick to the poachers and were easy to peel. I only gave these poachers 4 stars because they are difficult to get out of the pan. Otherwise they seem to be doing their job quite well.
