My order arrived the same day and I also ordered a set of OXO Good Gripes Deep Clean Brush to really rub this cleaner into the grout. You should use quite a lot of liquid cleaner and let it sit in the solution before cleaning (about 3 minutes). I could see the dirt rising as I cleaned because the liquid turned brown. There is a clear difference between pre-cleaning and post-cleaning. This cleaner works. After checking the grout color in a room we don't use but with the same tiles as the kitchen, I saw that this cleaner brought the original grout color in my kitchen back to the original color. installed 10 years ago! I have sensitive skin and found I got a burning sensation when using this tile cleaner and grout so I used disposable latex gloves. Another point to mention is to make sure that the head is not too close when brushing, so that no particles in the air can get into the eyes.
