User friendly - good tool, just takes more learning than others
The user interface is very intuitive for anyone with basic knowledge of MS Excel.
It's not as easy to use if you're used to other project management software like Asana or Basecamp that makes it easier to break down tasks into steps. I'm trying to make my own website/app but don't have much experience so this was helpful until I can learn from someone else how to do things better! Planning out content creation milestones and having an overall plan set up ahead of time helps me know what needs to be done next without wasting too many hours doing something wrong.
Pros
- Can add checklists within each item easily making planning more efficient than using word documents alone plus tracking progress visually instead :)

- Sometimes difficult navigating through menus
