Not easy to set up. I spoke to Metropcs to activate the sim. This is a kind of self-configuration, but leaves a lot to be desired. I contacted the company and got some sort of rejection. So all it's good for is running phones at home, although the chip has a hotspot it won't let me connect to the internet which was one of the reasons I got it. I feel like I'd have better luck with another router I ordered, unfortunately I've had this one for a while, probably too late to go back.
