It's easy to use (even when your English isn't perfect). The customer service has been amazing! They are always helping us with any questions or issues we may have during our tours/cruises onboard their vessels in Alaska & Caribbean area of operation - they even helped me find my way around town after I got lost once while visiting one port!! And it works great as an online booking tool too which helps keep track all reservations made by customers from different sites so that there aren’t duplicate bookings if multiple clients reserve through more than 1 site at same time.- There needs some work done regarding updating information about cruisers' profile- More cruise lines need this software because most other companies don t do anything fancy but just sell tickets directly via phone calls etc., plus you can easily create custom reports using starboards database tools.
