Orioles love to drink from this, but the design isn't perfect. If you don't tighten the 2 parts of the base as tight as you can, it will leak horribly. Then of course you waste your food and the bees cover it completely so the orioles can't drink from it. Now I can't take the base apart because I made it so tight I can't use it anymore. The bottom half of the base cannot be cleaned. They had to have a large washer or o-ring so the two parts of the base didn't have to be overtightened to prevent leakage. I do not recommend this feeder, you should look elsewhere, I will.
