I was so excited after my cleaning lady loved it. but after the second use, the suction power became significantly weaker. I changed the bag and that seemed to help, but the cleaning lady used it the next day and said there was almost no suction. She volunteered to pick it up for me at an Oreck store and they didn't help her because she didn't have the receipt and offered to trade it in for a display model. So I don't know what to do now. Can I return it via Revain? Or take my Revain check to Oreck. I'm a super slacker. and just want one that works properly
