Cheap and poor customer service
Cheap overall construction and the set screw/knob that holds the camera in position is cheap plastic and is removed immediately. I contacted the company about this and they asked me to send PHOTOS AND VIDEOS of the problem I was having with this part! Seriously not worth my time to pursue or return. Throw away the whole kit and bought an actual camera mount at a security store.
