Very confused and extremely annoyed
I submitted a review/complaint 2 weeks ago and still no response. The box the knife came in was messy. The seal was broken and the box itself was so bent that it could not be used. The box is used for both presentation and storage. I bought it as a gift but I couldn't use it because it looked awful. I bought a NEW item, not even sure if the knife itself is really new.
