Review on Work Sharp WSCMB Consistent Long Lasting by Jen Johnson

Don't waste your hard-earned money!

I've been collecting knives all my life. I used a laborious wet stone, a sharpening rod, even a drill and sandpaper. When I saw this pencil sharpener from Work Sharp I thought yeah let's do it! I received the package and then watched the tutorial video. Very very easy to use. It's easy to teach a monkey to do that. I followed the directions, one side then the other, making sure to do each side an equal number of times. I had a pocket knife with a 4 inch blade and started with that. He wasn't entirely stupid, but he wasn't sharp either. I did this 5 times on each side of the knife and tried. No difference. Okay, maybe you just need to do it more often, right? I've tried 10 times on each side. then 15x. then I finally tried it 30x. No changes to my knife (other than adding scratches to the blade). I spent $50 on a useless pile of junk. Very very disappointed. This thing's engine is incredibly weak. You can rest your finger on the sandpaper belt as it spins and it will come to a stop with no effort. Revain needs to know that this particular model is a plagiarism. A more expensive model might be awesome, I honestly don't know, but this combo knife sharpener is a waste of $50 of hard-earned dollars that I'll never get back. Pretty bitter about that.
