Love this thing! It is quite strong and easily holds many ravioli, tortellini or any other shape of pasta. One note, it doesn't go well with long spaghetti. It's also great for grabbing veggies when I'm blanching them in water, or chicken breasts I've cooked. I was injured in a car accident and my hands are not in the best condition. This eliminated the need to use pliers for some things. It also made lifting heavy pots filled with liquid almost completely unnecessary. Cooking is therapy for me; and it's awesome to find any tools to make it easier for me! I would recommend this scoop to anyone who needs a little help around the kitchen or just doesn't want to be constantly pulling out the strainers. One thing I would really like to see from the manufacturer is to offer it in other colors. Also no reservations of any kind.
