Review on Vornado Evaporative Humidifier SimpleTank Capacity by Ashley Rogers

I very rarely give a star, but in this case I think it's justified. I had high hopes for this device. I need to keep my room humid to protect the wooden instruments and electronics I use. I used to live in a house and had console humidifiers. Now I live in an apartment and I needed a one-room apartment. I don't want to use foggers because they make a mess, and I don't want ultrasonic devices around my pet. I wanted to keep the 50% level. I have two hygrometers in the room to check the results. The first problem was that the machine even at max. My hygrometers never read more than 41%. The cold snap in our weather was interrupted for about a week. The car was left idling until we needed heat again and then air drying. Last night I found the car sitting in a puddle of water. It was dripping while I was sitting there and that is totally unacceptable. Unfortunately I bought the machine before the cold weather, didn't want to wait until the last minute and can't get it. So the window closed for my return with Revane. Now I have to contact the manufacturer for repair and/or replacement. I'm less optimistic about a satisfactory solution. I would not recommend this car. hard pass. Do not buy.
