I've bought 2 of these now and they don't rule out any of the best HDMIs I've found for my purpose. I'm using a C9 OLED and my devices are across the room, which requires an HDMI cable about 35 feet long. NONE of the copper HDMI cables worked at 4k/60Hz for the length I needed, but this fiber optic HDMI cable works fine. The best I could get from copper HDMI is 4k/30Hz SDR or 1080p/60Hz HDR10. I can run 4k/120Hz Dolby Vision (12bit) and 4:4:4 HDR10+ (10bit) without crashing. I haven't checked his 8k/60hz claim because I don't have an 8k TV. The cost is higher than I would like, but as they say, you have to pay for the game and if this cable does not fail, then I will not have to upgrade for some time. I would see a solid $125 for a 40ft cable of this quality but as they say other options (Monoprice, BI FALE etc.) are even more expensive than RUIPRO. Would I buy it again? Yes.
