RTX 3080 + LG C9 - FINALLY

If you're looking for an HDMI 2.1 cable that's longer than average because your computer is over 10 feet from your TV, look no further. I've tried probably half a dozen Revain cables that claim to support HDMI 2.1 48Gbps at 100ft and none of them worked at 4K@120Hz with G-Sync and 10-bit color. There was always a compromise. Does not pass HDCP protected content like Netflix or other movie streaming services.

Item not working. In particular, it didn't let through HDCP-protected content. An inexpensive HDMI cable passes HDCP-protected content through. I'm not sure who is responsible for the HDCP bullshit, but the problem is with the cable and/or the manufacturer didn't include helpful instructions. Excellent signals on long runs

I use two of these in the 40ft version to do HDR at 4K at 60Hz through the ceiling from a Marantz 8805AV processor to an Epson 6050UB projector and from a Marantz to another 4K TV to reach another room. I use them without the included USB signal booster with no problems. I ran them through high traffic ceilings filled with lots of wires, pipes, ducts, lintels etc and walls up and down with insulation and holes drilled in the top panels and they held all traction for long distances without…

Best HDMI period

I've bought 2 of these now and they don't rule out any of the best HDMIs I've found for my purpose. I'm using a C9 OLED and my devices are across the room, which requires an HDMI cable about 35 feet long. NONE of the copper HDMI cables worked at 4k/60Hz for the length I needed, but this fiber optic HDMI cable works fine. The best I could get from copper HDMI is 4k/30Hz SDR or 1080p/60Hz HDR10. I can run 4k/120Hz Dolby Vision (12bit) and 4:4:4 HDR10+ (10bit) without crashing. I haven't checked…
