Exact replacement and GREAT customer support!

I have purchased several replacement filter kits for my iSpring reverse osmosis system, but when I received this kit a couple of carbon CTO filters were missing. Revain redirected me to iSpring's customer support site, where I submitted a ticket with my issue. Not expecting a quick fix, Brian from Customer Service contacted me the next morning (Friday/New Year's Eve) and supplied me with the missing filters 2 days later on Sunday. I'm impressed by how quick and excellent your response was. Thank you Brian!
