    Excellent Product

    These water filters are very easy to install and offer great taste and really clean water that you can measure with a PPM meter. If you have any questions or concerns you can also call customer service who will answer any question with respect and expertise as happened to me with Nick, highly recommended.

    This set is not filtered like other sets.

    Bought this set in exchange for a long time but it doesn't seem to filter properly, I got 44-62ppm like old filters even though they were 6 months old 10-20 parts per million. I do not know if the quality. Too bad it's probably impossible to return or exchange them as I installed a set of filters out of the box.

    The filters fit the iSpring system perfectly and work great!

    I have 2 iSpring 5 stage filters in 2 different houses. You work great for us. We only use these replacement filters. We had an issue with one of the systems and Don from Customer Service was great at helping me resolve the issue. It turned out that the problem wasn't with the iSpring system, but with a leaky pipe in my house. Don did a great job of helping me understand this.

    Great product and great customer service!

    These filters are a perfect replacement for the 2 year old filters for my iSpring RCC7 underflush RO system. Richard atiSpring did a great job of helping me find the right replacement filters. I had a leak on one of the filter housings after changing the filter and Richard was quick to send me a new filter housing and o-rings to fix the leak. I will definitely continue to use iSpring products because of their AWESOME products and Richard's AWESOME customer service!

    Exact replacement and GREAT customer support!

    I have purchased several replacement filter kits for my iSpring reverse osmosis system, but when I received this kit a couple of carbon CTO filters were missing. Revain redirected me to iSpring's customer support site, where I submitted a ticket with my issue. Not expecting a quick fix, Brian from Customer Service contacted me the next morning (Friday/New Year's Eve) and supplied me with the missing filters 2 days later on Sunday.     We bought and installed our 5 step system about 2 years ago. The water actually still tastes good, but we understand it's time to change all the filters (AZ hard water). Luckily, the website and model number under the sink were easy to read. I still didn't know what to order and when to replace it in the future. Sean in customer service was outstanding.     Great products, affordable prices.

    It was an amazing price, they were easy to install, ispring had great customer service and they shipped promptly. I don't usually write reviews, but I'm really impressed. I used to have a Kenmore reverse osmosis system and it only had three filters which Sears cost $198 to replace and Revain $94 to replace.     Great replacement system for iSpring

    I've been using simple 'universal' filters in my 5 stage iSpring for a while but I've had to do it for a 5 year -Overhaul, so I ordered this pack. I watched a few tutorial videos on YouTube before starting the service but knowing that I was able to change all the filters including the reverse osmosis unit.     It's not every day that your family compliments you on how great your water tastes

    We've had the home, and with it the iSpring water system, for 5 years and have found that we've never changed a thing . After the faucet (a separate issue) started leaking, I replaced it and ordered this filter set.
