Great product and customer service (Thanks Sean!)
We bought and installed our 5 step system about 2 years ago. The water actually still tastes good, but we understand it's time to change all the filters (AZ hard water). Luckily, the website and model number under the sink were easy to read. I still didn't know what to order and when to replace it in the future. Sean in customer service was outstanding. He was friendly, knowledgeable and even offered a video to sanitize the system. I'm picky about my water taste and this system is excellent. Also good value for money. We drink tons of water in my family!
