I like how easy it is to use when creating new users profiles or adding contacts into groups.
It's also very simple for managing tasks within your task list that are assigned by other members in our organization (like project managers). The only thing i dislike about this software so far has been some glitches here & there which sometimes make me wonder if my computer was freezing up at times but those were few compared to what we've seen from others using different programs/softwares out there! If you're looking for something extremely user-friendly then definitely check them out because they have made things super convenient especially since most computers now come equipped wth internet access these days. Honestly speaking though nothing really stands out as being bad per se just maybe more features would be nice such us emailing capabilities etc..
