I love this house! Excellent quality, strong wood. Sandpaper was included to sand down rough edges but I haven't needed it yet as it was already smooth and in great shape. Because of this, my hamster borrows a lot more than before. I also like that unlike some other multi-chamber shelters I've seen, it's bottomless so it can use compartments as a start to dig even deeper underneath. Overall very very happy with this purchase! If you're worried about it taking up too much space in your suitcase, don't either, as it's already sturdy enough to put a ton of stuff on it so it doesn't really affect your adaptability. lots of toys :)
