Low quality. Didn't last.
Direct transition to wiring. Worked halfway. It then switches back to the off position by itself. I had to manually hold it in place to return to the dock. I'll go to the boat dealer and pay for a better derailleur. A ruined weekend sucks. When they started to get him out of the boat he literally broke into pieces!
