Review on Tilos Metal Light Neoprene Adjustable Swimming by Richard Cummings

No more "ice cream headaches " from swimming in cold water

I swim every day for a workout in our unheated pool (bathing suit only). When the water temperature dropped to fifty degrees after swimming, I suddenly got a headache. An online search revealed that "ice cream headaches" are common when swimming in cold water. Tried a regular swim cap, silicone, "one size fits all" but it was too tight - so uncomfortable I didn't even use it. Another online search revealed that neoprene hats/hoods are recommended to keep your head warm. The headache stopped the day I started using the Tilos cap. It's very comfortable, fits perfectly and keeps my head warm. Just make sure you choose the right size (use the chart in the Customer FAQ section).
