I previously wrote a review that said "doesn't work as pictured". I gave 1 star. I had two complaints. The weight of my iPhone was too much for the mount or the iPad. I have an iPhone 7 model. It kept falling. And the holder is not bent to give clearance as shown in the photo. For these two reasons I still give the product 1 star. Still, I give customer service 5 stars. I would definitely buy/try other products from them. I was contacted within 24 hours of the review being posted. I didn't answer. It made no sense. The product was not defective. It just doesn't work as described above. They still sent me a replacement within 2 days. I missed the return window on my first purchase. I gave both to Goodwill.
