This product is a must if you record your own video for YouTube or Facebook with your smartphone or tablet. I purchased this item to be able to film myself at work to expand my business portfolio. It's also great to have at home when you're making video calls or need to be both hands free at work. The holder is lightweight and very flexible, it is very easy to adjust it to any height you want when needed.

Does not work as shown.

I previously wrote a review that said "doesn't work as pictured". I gave 1 star. I had two complaints. The weight of my iPhone was too much for the mount or the iPad. I have an iPhone 7 model. It kept falling. And the holder is not bent to give clearance as shown in the photo. For these two reasons I still give the product 1 star. Still, I give customer service 5 stars. I would definitely buy/try other products from them. I was contacted within 24 hours of the review being posted. I didn'tโ€ฆ

The device is excellent, the gluing of metal plates is NOT

I really liked this device! It's very easy to adjust to different angles, I can use it with my phone, Ipad Air 2 and Kindle. I didn't give it the full 5 stars because the stickiness of the metal plates you put on your devices is bad. I thoroughly cleaned and dried the device before applying the base sticker and then attaching the metal plate to my iPad. I squeezed hard and left it for an hour. Everything went great on the first evening. The next night, about 15 minutes later, my iPad startedโ€ฆ

Ideal for neck problems.

Bought 6 months ago and still love it. I have an iPhone 6s with a waterproof case, which is a problem when buying a speakerphone that can be used due to the size. Boy have I found the best. The magnet works great. I use a stand to keep my head straight so I don't have neck or back problems while reading. Some reviewers said the problem was device shake. Yes it moves a bit when I swipe, if I hold one of the metal bars/stands it stabilizes slightly. I have two friends that I convinced to buy one.

it's pretty good for the price.

This product is very comfortable especially for a tablet because now I can put and hold my tablet easily and I love it but they are right with other reviews that it doesn't hold very well but that's because that the magnet is too strong for that so I put a little tape on the back to keep the magnet from coming loose. I like it the most because it can be used for reading and watching movies and shows while lying down. It's a bit comfortable, if you lie down it's quite comfortable and you don'tโ€ฆ

A huge improvement over the previous product I bought

A previous product I bought for my phone had a clip feature where I had to remove the case from the phone every time because the clip didn't stretch far enough to hold the phone with the case inside to place next. Also, the neck between the flat surface and the frame became so loose that the phone immediately tilted and it was impossible to keep the phone straight. This magnetic holder solves that problem as my phone, tablet or any other surface will stick to it with the powerful magnet systemโ€ฆ
