They work, which means they stick to the ground and are easy to install. I'm not a fan, however, as the rest of the carpets are still in progress. I have soft carpets in the kitchen. The rest of the carpet is still moving, which isn't great. So if you have a soft carpet I wouldn't recommend it. If your rug has a backing, this might work.
