So far we like the product compared to other brands we have tried. We noticed a few things that are important to know.1. Removable plastic/rubber stoppers. However, I contacted customer service and they said I could stick them on easily. Also, they send me replacements for the ones that came loose and got lost. So I am satisfied with their support.2. The hitting function is much stronger than the last brand we had. As much as it sucks, I recommend trying it out for yourself before choosing a power setting for your dogs. The last brand we had we had to set to 90+ to get our dogs attention and stop the behavior. I set this mark to 15 for our fine coated Dalmatian with no undercoat and then to 25-30 for our larger dogs with thicker coats.3. Set the vibration mode to the strongest setting as this seems to get the dog's attention and is very effective in stopping bad behavior. It's also stronger than the last brand we had.4. The range is subjective. In most cases, the most effective range is between 50 and 75 meters. When there is nothing between you and your dog and everything is fully charged, the range is even greater. Although in general it is very good.
