works as advertised

I have three dogs that are trying to control their hyperactive barking. when someone comes to the door. This works, but it's difficult to change for each dog, so it's inefficient as it takes too much time. It would be great to have a button to send a beep or beep to everyone at once.

Pros
  • Quality construction

No customer service

Decent product, works well once you know it. It has small rubber tips that don't stick well (get lost during use). There's also only one charger, which will power two of the four devices at the same time. (You have to charge two parts for a couple of hours, then the other two.) The plug is not a normal telephone jack. Customer support is via an online request that is never answered. Revain tried to help but eventually returned the money for the purchase.

Work great! - Dogs

It was great. I hardly used the shock function. My three stubborn dogs respond to vibration and noise. It only took a vibration or two and then a little bump to teach them about the relationship. Then just vibrate and sound after. And now I hardly ever use it, and it's only been a week and a half! Now they have a much better behavior. I tested the shock function on myself so I know where to start and what we're comfortable with. It was great!

Fatal error, do not buy

I bought 7 of these in less than 6 months, EACH of them stopped working within a few weeks. I thought my dogs were being rude to them or something but that's not the case. I'm in the electronics repair industry so I opened them up and they ALL had the SAME error, the BMS board was blown. This is a circuit board that controls the charging/discharging of the battery; if the collar fails, it cannot work. Difficult to find replacements for the BMS board, they are only 18mm long, they no longer fit…

Great Product - Collars

I like that I can use one remote control for all three boy (dog) collars. I also really like that there are so many levels for the shocker and the zapper (99 levels each). There is only one volume, but that's okay. Noise usually works for me, but one of my boys is a bit more rebellious than the others. I like flashing lights and colorful collars. If I have any complaints it must be so as they only have to wear them for a maximum of 6 hours they know that when they go out the shock collars are…

Short-lived - Dogs

The problem I had was that after about 6 months they stopped holding a charge. The side of the device holding it to the collar has broken off. I contacted the buyer in December 2020 and after several messages received 3 replacement units in late January or early February. I had no problems with the battery, but 2 devices have already broken in the same place. They are easy to use and work well. I think if they improved the design or made it a little more durable they would be great…

The battery life is terrible.

Updated 12/13/21. 9 months have passed since the purchase. The battery life should be getting shorter and now it doesn't even last 24 hours. I will not buy them again as this has been a problem since purchase! Update: It's June 10th and the colors themselves are already broken on each side of the device. I'm not really happy with it as it's only been a little over a month and my dogs are inside! It was a good choice as I have small dogs. The adjustable collar works well. The reflective collar…

Let's get to the collars! You will not be disappointed

This is the second time we have bought these collars for our dogs. My son lost the remote control from the previous one. We live in an area where almost every household has a dog. We like to let our dogs play, so we keep them to ourselves. What I love most about these collars is that once our dogs hear that beep, they know a vibration will follow. We don't use shock mode, I think it's a bit brutal, but the beep/vibration alone keeps them under control when outside. I think a couple of times we…

Great product for the price.

So far we like the product compared to other brands we have tried. We noticed a few things that are important to know.1. Removable plastic/rubber stoppers. However, I contacted customer service and they said I could stick them on easily. Also, they send me replacements for the ones that came loose and got lost. So I am satisfied with their support.2. The hitting function is much stronger than the last brand we had. As much as it sucks, I recommend trying it out for yourself before choosing a…

So far so good, best in collars

I have a 75 lb lab mix and a 60 lb Shepard mix that like to play with a ruff! Okay, that's the only pun I promise. When I mean rude, I mean banging each other against fences, walls, people, etc. with full force. They will try to rip each other's collars off, gnaw each other's heads, and sound like they're trying to kill each other. That's normal at home. You will never really hurt yourself. The only problem is our municipal dog park. I will never allow my dogs to fight with other people's dogs.

Pros
  • Pretty impressive
Cons
  • boring packaging
